We have had a good week within the group for prizes!
On Monday, Dr George Wise was awarded the Armourers' and Brasiers' Company Post-Doctoral Prize at the annual ABC forum. This award is for post-doctoral researchers who have made a significant contribution to science, teaching and outreach within the Department.
Today, Dr George Wise was awarded the Teaching Associate Prize, for outstanding contribution to teaching by a person outside of the academic teaching staff.
Annie Andersson was also awarded the Demonstrator Prize, for her significant contributions to teaching in undergraduate practical classes.
Our huge congratulations go to both George and Annie on these achievements.
